55as Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Registration & Eligibility

To create a 55as account and access all platform services — Sports Betting, casino, poker, and promotions — you must meet all eligibility requirements described in this section.

1.1 Minimum age. The 55as platform is strictly prohibited for users under 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 55as may request proof of age at any time, and accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately, with any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable policies.

1.2 One account per person. Each CPF may have only one active account on 55as. Email addresses, mobile numbers, and IP addresses are also monitored to prevent duplicate accounts. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses is considered fraud and results in the closure of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of bonus balances and any winnings derived from those accounts.

1.3 Accurate information. All information provided during registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and phone number — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information or using third-party details is grounds for immediate account closure.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 55as may request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer process) before processing withdrawals or in situations requiring data confirmation. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID (RG), CPF, and proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension.

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Residence: the player must be physically located in Brazil at the time of registration and when placing bets.
• Legal capacity: the player must have full legal capacity under Brazilian law.
• One account per CPF, per email address, and per residential IP address.

2. Account Use

2.1 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place on your account. 55as is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the account holder's failure to safeguard their credentials.

2.2 Password Security. We recommend using strong passwords (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 55as support immediately via live chat.

2.3 Personal and non-transferable use. Your 55as account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access, transferring balances to third parties through unauthorized means, or allowing another person to place bets on your behalf through your account is prohibited.

2.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following are strictly prohibited on the 55as platform: the use of bots or automated betting software, systematic odds arbitrage, bonus abuse, collusion in poker games, and any other form of result manipulation. Detection of any such practice will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of irregular winnings.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted methods. 55as accepts deposits and withdrawals exclusively in BRL (R$), through the following Brazilian payment methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and Santander.

3.2 Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix and R$ 20.00 for all other methods. 55as charges no fees on any deposit or withdrawal method. External banking fees, where applicable (such as on TED transfers), are the player's responsibility.

3.3 Credit timeframe. Pix deposits are credited within seconds. Credit or debit card deposits are processed in up to 5 minutes. Boleto bancário and TED transfers are credited within 1 business day after payment confirmation by the financial institution.

3.4 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for verified accounts within standard limits. TED transfers take 1 to 2 business days. Only your real balance is available for withdrawal — bonus balance is subject to rollover conditions before it can be withdrawn.

3.5 Same account holder. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the 55as account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted, regardless of their relationship to the account holder.

3.6 Withdrawal limits. The withdrawal limit is R$ 50,000.00 per Pix transaction. For amounts above this limit, the player must contact support to arrange how the payment will be processed.

• Pix: minimum deposit R$ 10.00, minimum withdrawal R$ 20.00, processed in under 5 minutes.
• Boleto: minimum R$ 20.00, credit within 1 business day, deposits only.
• Visa/Mastercard: minimum R$ 20.00, instant credit, deposits only.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: minimum R$ 20.00, instant credit, available for deposits only.
• TED transfer: minimum R$ 50.00, credited within 1 business day, available for deposits and withdrawals.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome bonus. The 55as welcome bonus gives you 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed — no bonus code needed, no manual request required. The minimum deposit to activate the welcome bonus is R$ 20.00.

4.2 Rollover. The bonus balance is subject to a 15x rollover on the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus activation date. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus requires R$ 1,500.00 in qualifying bets to release the winnings generated by the bonus.

4.3 Qualifying bets for rollover. Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection and casino games with full contribution count toward rollover completion. Voided bets, bets on canceled events, and certain casino game categories specified in the promotion terms may have reduced or zero contribution toward the rollover.

4.4 Bonus expiration. If the rollover is not completed within the 30-day period, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings directly tied to it are removed from the account. Your deposited balance and any withdrawals already processed are not affected.

4.5 One promotion at a time. Welcome bonuses and other activation promotions cannot be combined. Each player may hold only one active bonus at a time. The bonus type (sports, casino, or poker) is selected at registration and cannot be changed after activation.

4.6 Bonus abuse prevention. 55as monitors betting behavior to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, such as betting exclusively on very low-risk events to artificially meet rollover requirements. Detection of such patterns may result in bonus cancellation and, in serious cases, account closure.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Available markets. 55as offers betting on more than 40 sports, with priority coverage of Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and Copa Sul-Americana — as well as the Premier League, Champions League, MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), and tennis (ATP/WTA).

5.2 Bet Types. Single, multiple (accumulator/combo), and live (in-play) bets are all accepted. Live bets have odds updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key moments — such as goals, cards, or injuries — without prior notice.

5.3 Odds and settlement. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply. Once confirmed, odds cannot be changed retroactively. Bet settlement follows the official results published by each sport's governing bodies — for Brazilian football, CBF decisions are final.

5.4 Void bets. A bet is considered void and the wagered amount refunded in the following cases: the event is canceled or not played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time; a proven technical error in odds display; and other cases covered by the specific rules for each sport available in the 55as help center.

5.5 Minimum and maximum bets. The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. The maximum bet per wager varies by market and event. 55as reserves the right to set personalized limits for players whose betting profile indicates elevated operational risk.

5.6 Odds errors. In the event of a clear error in odds display — such as odds significantly outside market standards — 55as reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the wagered amount, notifying the players involved within 24 hours.

6. Casino & Games

6.1 Available games. 55as offers over 2,000 certified casino game titles, including slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), crash games (such as Aviator), table games, and video poker. All games are provided by licensed and audited providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt.

6.2 RTP and game fairness. All casino games available on 55as use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is audited and displayed in the game description on the platform. 55as does not manipulate the outcome of any game.

6.3 Technical malfunction. If a technical failure occurs during a gaming session — such as a lost connection, server error, or in-game issue — incomplete rounds may be cancelled and the staked amount refunded. 55as is not liable for losses caused by connectivity failures on the player's end.

6.4 Freespins. Freespins awarded as part of promotions are valid for 48 hours from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Winnings generated by promotional freespins may be subject to a rollover — the conditions are detailed in each offer.

6.5 Casino Betting Limits. Each casino game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, as set by the game provider. These limits are shown in the game interface before each round.

7. Responsible Gambling

55as takes responsible gaming seriously. Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment — not sources of income. The platform provides tools to help every player stay in control of their gaming experience.

7.1 Deposit Limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set. Decreases apply right away; increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period before taking effect.

7.2 Session Limits. You can set time alerts and automatic breaks to manage how long you spend on the platform. Your account dashboard displays total session time in real time.

7.3 Self-exclusion. Any player can request temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours up to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion directly in their account settings or through support. Once the request is submitted, account access is blocked immediately. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated even at the account holder's request.

7.4 Account Reality. 55as may reach out to players who show betting patterns that indicate risk — such as very long sessions, frequent deposits, or behaviors associated with problem gambling. This is done with the player's wellbeing in mind and does not imply any penalty.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 LGPD compliance. 55as handles all player personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Data collected is used solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy: account operation, payment processing, identity verification, and account-related communications.

8.2 Data Collected. 55as collects: identification data (full name, CPF, date of birth), contact details (email, mobile number), financial data (payment information required for transaction processing), and platform usage data (betting history, sessions). No full credit card data is stored on 55as servers — all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways.

8.3 Data Sharing. Player data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Information may be shared with: payment service providers for transaction processing, competent authorities when required by law, and contracted technical providers under confidentiality obligations.

8.4 Security. All data transmissions between the player and the 55as platform are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Servers use multi-factor authentication and continuous monitoring against unauthorized access.

9. Account Closure

9.1 Closure by the player. You can request account closure at any time through live chat or by emailing contato@55as.net. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed as normal. Any unmet bonus balance is removed; your real balance is returned to the original payment method or via Pix.

9.2 Closure by 55as. 55as reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following cases: providing false information during registration, creating multiple accounts, bonus or promotion abuse, fraudulent behavior, collusion in poker games, use of bots or automation tools, violation of any clause of these Terms, or as required by legal or regulatory order.

9.3 Balance retention in cases of fraud. In cases of closure due to proven fraudulent conduct, 55as may retain the full account balance — including deposits and winnings — while investigations are ongoing. The player will be notified of the process and given a reasonable opportunity to present their defense.

9.4 Inactive accounts. Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or bet) for more than 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. 55as may charge a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 on inactive account balances. Players will be notified by email before charges begin, with time to reactivate their account.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Changes to the Terms. 55as may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and an in-platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10.2 Applicable law. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree that the court of the player's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, except where the law requires exclusive jurisdiction of another court.

10.3 System failures. 55as is not liable for technical failures, third-party service outages (such as those affecting banks or payment processors), or force majeure events that impact platform availability. In the event of a prolonged outage, support will communicate resolution timelines and any applicable compensation where relevant.

10.4 Entire agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion published on the platform, constitute the complete agreement between 55as and the player, superseding all prior understandings on the same subject.
